Il progetto è guidato da un consorzio di tre partner provenienti da tre Paesi europei: AdIM Srl, AiNP-Agencia Internacional Newproject, Zeus Consulting IKE. Tutti i partner hanno competenze tecniche per raggiungere gli obiettivi del progetto e una vasta esperienza nella partecipazione e nella gestione di progetti nazionali e/o europei.
